Plan-based manufacturing of electric motors and magnetic couplings according to plan

We offer manufacturing services according to plans or drawings for stack assembly operations by gluing or laser welding, winding (round and flat wires), magnet gluing, assembly, etc.

We can also build complete prototypes of electric motors or magnetic systems. For this type of service, we can carry out mechanical studies to validate our customers’ innovative technical solutions. Our work can also include the design and manufacture of a test bench, enabling experimental measurements to be carried out on the prototype and results to be compared with expected performance. The production of a prototype assembly and its test bench provides the customer with a complete, coherent package.

For the past 2 years, we have been producing stator or rotor stacks for axial flux motors, with diameters ranging from a couple of millimeters to 500 mm. These packages are made of rolled sheets with a bonding process that helps avoid the stresses caused by welding methods. The notch shapes can be straight or have isthmuses. Different retention and anti-rotation systems can be implemented for the attachment of the stator or rotor. Added to this, ERNEO can carry out the winding operation and manufacture the rotor for a complete service package.
